With our in-house design/build team, we also provide project management services for local real estate investors. Founder, Managing Partner
As the founder of CG Design + Development Inc., Catherine currently directs the continued growth of the construction group.
Catherine holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a B.S. Architecture with honors from The Catholic University of America. She is a licensed general contractor in California (#1003894). Passionate about building a better community, she serves on the Project Committee for HomeAid Los Angeles and is a member of The Wharton School's Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center.
As an avid endurance athlete, her commitment to preparation for races mirrors her planning and commitment to new projects.
