Melrose Place

Located in the prestigious La Cienega Arts corridor, the Melrose Place retail space was the long term home of a family-owned manufacturer of Milanese Terra Cotta tiles. The client  made a strategic decision to relocate their flaghsip store, and to find a tenant to take over their space. 5,000 sq. feet of concrete floors were reground, filled, and stained, interior walls were rebuilt and finished. An industrial, exposed ceiling completed the minimalist aesthetic.
