Paddington Drive

Located in the hills of Chevy Chase in Glendale, California our team converted a garage and adjacent crawl space into a 2-bedroom, 1-bath private suite. Work done included architectural and interior design, construction and project management. Our teams added double walls between rooms for soundproofing, routed all new electrical and HVAC to the space, and designed the interior lighting and private porch access. To be environmentally conscious, Cumaru wood was used as a false garage door in lieu of the popular Ipe. Utilizing the crawl space adjacent to the garage, our teams dug out the space, added a sump pump, and created a full-bath while maintaining access to the rest of the homes lower level.
